Project Goal
The main aim of this project was to optimize the future trading experience. We decided to focus on web experience by reducing friction for web users.
Strategy
Simplified feature flow by interviewing from experienced users and analyzing how competitors designed similar features.
Key Results
After launch, data tracking indicated new UI design improved user engagement and performance for the TP/SL feature.
The Process
Through our survey research, we identified that the most common issue users faced was related to take profit and stop loss. Based on this insight, we decided to optimize this feature.
After the interviews, I analyzed key insights and transformed them into an issue analysis table for discussions with PMs and stakeholders, aligning on optimization directions.
Once the optimization direction was clear, I explored different design solutions during the wireframe phase.
The new UI design improved user engagement and performance for the TP/SL feature.
